Watering Device Types        

The watering schedules below are calculated based on recent weather patterns for the City of Pasadena.

For convenience, the schedules use zip codes to identify climate zones. Many parts of Pasadena have
microclimate variations that might make your property vary from your neighbors. If the schedule for your
zip code doesn't seem to work for you, feel free to try another.

Many California native and Mediterranean plants are adapted to dry Springs and Summers. This fact is ignored by most published watering
guides and the programming built into weather-based irrigation controllers. If you would like to use this approach in your Pasadena garden,
